Frequently Asked Questions
DOES MY DEPOSIT GUARANTEE MY SEASON TICKETS?
The deposit places you on the priority list for season tickets. Season tickets are in high demand, which could prevent accounts with higher numbered priority numbers from receiving tickets for the inaugural season.
WHAT IS A PRIORITY NUMBER?
The priority number reserves your place in line to select available season tickets in either premium or standard seat locations in the arena. Priority numbers are assigned per account, not by the number of deposits placed. The priority list is a single list per deposit type; i.e: premium or standard seating.
WHAT ARE SEASON TICKET PRICES?
We expect to announce the Inaugural Season Ticket package pricing in early 2019.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER BENEFITS TO MAKING A DEPOSIT ON SEASON TICKETS?
There are several benefits to making a deposit on tickets. Beyond guaranteeing your spot in line, you will receive:
- Invitations to exclusive team events including team name and logo reveal
- First access to team promotions
- Notice of community events such as public lacrosse clinics, team appearances, etc.
WHEN IS THE SEASON?
